Earlisha Louis

Earlisha Louis is the founder of Warrior Staffing and MavenEO. Warrior Staffing is a temporary and direct placement agency focused on helping its clients find and build the best teams. MavenEO, a positioning and branding firm within the entertainment industry, allows its clients to develop their presence in film and music. Earlisha now sits on the board of Warrior Staffing while performing her duties as a Senior HR Lead for Elekta, Inc, a "Hope for everyone dealing with cancer."

Outside the office, she is committed to education as an Associate Professor for UEI College. She teaches her students the best business practices while expanding their appetite to learn more.

Her visionary perspective has earned her opportunities to work on global, prominent campaigns with Fortune 500 clients, speak at numerous events, design product lines, educate and travel.

Besides working, Earlisha enjoys giving back and spending time with her husband and three children, ages 16, 11, and 6. Earlisha loves to travel with her family, feeding the family fish and golfing whenever possible.
