Public Resource Portal

Through our partnership with the Georgia Department of Public Health, we are proud to offer Help Me Grow Georgia. HMG-GA is a free, confidential, access point for healthcare referrals and follow-up services to support the well-being of children birth to 8 years old, and their families by linking them to essential services within their community. Families and providers can search the portal by location, insurance type, and much more. There are currently over 6,000 resources across all 159 counties of Georgia available in the online portal!

Don’t want to search online? No problem, one of our dedicated information and referral specialists are here to help. By actively listening to the needs of clients, they work to help link them to developmental screening, day care, early learning resources, behavioral services and more by coordinating with child focused programs within the local community.
