Lydia E. Thacker

Lydia E. Thacker, CDP, provides executive coaching and professional development in Leadership, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity, and Youth Development. She is the president of Agosto Associates, LLC. Lydia is John Maxwell certified and a DISC-certified facilitator. In addition, Lydia serves on the facilitation/training team for Bryant & Associates, LLC. Lydia is a Certified Harwood Coach and Researcher for the Harwood Institute for Innovation. Lydia Thacker was part of the Metro Atlanta YMCA family for 24 years, serving in various capacities until her retirement in May 2020 as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.

Lydia currently resides in McDonough, Georgia, with her husband, Jerry. They are the proud parents of Harrison Thacker. She enjoys cooking, reading, writing, training, and executive coaching. She has been a chocolatier for 25-plus years. It was a hobby that took flight (Agosto's Confections, LLC).

Lydia is a member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Kappa Iota Zeta Chapter, holding several leadership positions. The sorority affords volunteer opportunities to serve communities.
