Using research to drive impactful changes in policy and practice.

HMHBGA’s research advances the health and well-being of mothers and infant health in Georgia through research by leveraging evidence-based methodologies. Our focus is on generating insights, informing advocacy, enhancing educational initiatives, and ensuring access to essential resources. We prioritize uncovering a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within maternal and child health, ultimately contributing to healthier communities across Georgia.

Our vision is to empower communities to be the driving voices of research informing solutions and policies. By translating our findings into actionable insights, we aim to positively impact communities and healthcare providers to foster environments where all mothers and babies can achieve optimal health and well-being.
