Tracey Steele

Tracey Steele is Chick-fil-A's Senior Principal Program Lead, advising leaders and stakeholders on cross-functional organization strategy. She has over 15 years of business and policy experience, much of that time tackling complex issues across Fortune 100 companies. Tracey volunteers with the Junior League of Atlanta, focusing on community-based initiatives that amplify women and children. Tracey received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and Masters in Business Administration from Emory University.
